Shane S. Jenkins, NCBDC
Shane Jenkins is a ’89 graduate from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor in Environmental Design. He is successful business owner and entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in the architectural and construction industry. He has performed tasks ranging from construction administration to preparing construction documents. He has worked on a multitude of building types: homes, commercial offices, pediatric clinic, interior lease space, television stations and multi-purpose arenas. This wide range of experience has allowed him to understand many different types of construction methods. While being responsible for creating and implementing solutions for clients, he still maintained company growth utilizing capabilities and expertise in: communication, creative and cost effective solutions, strategic planning, procedural development, facilitating, construction administration, production and quality control. He is also quite versed in the use of several software packages including Autodesk Revit Architecture 2011, Autodesk AutoCAD 2011, Bluebeam Revu (PDF Creator for CADD).

Ronald L. Geyer, Autodesk Revit Professional
Ron Geyer is an ’86 graduate from Purdue University and holds a Bachelor of Arts with emphasis in Industrial Design. He has worked in the commercial and residential construction industry for 24 years and has a multi-talented background. He has had duties ranging from managing partner to product designer and has been responsible for such tasks as: project management/design, scheduling, estimating, tracking/reporting, quantity takeoff and labor/material procurement. As project manager he has managed personnel in five departments: estimating, purchasing, accounting, drafting, job supervision/subcontracting. As a project designer he has been involved, interacted and communicated with clients and design team from concept to construction documents on a variety of different projects. This wide range of experience has allowed him to work with many different types of clients and understand many different methods of construction. He is extremely knowledgeable in the use of BIM technology and is quite versed in the use of Autodesk Revit Architecture 2011, Autodesk AutoCAD 2011, Autodesk 3DS Max, Google SketchUp and Bluebeam Revu (PDF Creator for CADD).

Peggy T. Jenkins
Peggy Jenkins is an ’89 graduate from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Environmental Design. She has worked for 21 years in the architectural industry specializing in computerized 2D and 3D construction documents utilizing Autodesk Revit Architecture 2011 and Autodesk AutoCAD 2011. As project designer she has met with clients, designed and led in the construction document preparation of many projects. In her 21 years she has created construction documents for tenant spaces in high-rises and strip malls, gas stations, over 30 new and remodels for restaurants, a pediatric clinic and over 600 custom homes. In most commercial cases she was also responsible for the Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Civil and Landscape construction documents. Peggy also has experience with Microsoft Word/Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
